Freeths wins Outstanding Law Firm of the Year at Property Week’s Property Awards 2025

Leading law firm Freeths has been named Outstanding Law Firm of the Year in the National and Mid-sized Firms category at the prestigious Property Week Awards 2025.

Renowned as one of the most distinguished in the real estate sector, these awards saw more than 1,000 professionals, including developers, investors, entrepreneurs, financers and agencies come together to celebrate their achievements. The 33 winners were recognised for their excellence, dedication, innovation and impact in helping to shape the future of the property industry.

The Freeths Real Estate team, which spans across the firm’s 13 UK offices, was praised by the judging panel for a number of initiatives, including its clear national expansion, strong regional growth, commitment to sustainability practices and ESG capabilities and consistent quality performance.

This is the second accolade for Freeths’ to date at these esteemed awards, after the firm celebrated the success of Director Coralie Mckeivor as she was crowned EDI Champion at Property Week’s Inspiring Women in Property Awards 2023.

The win comes less than two months after Freeths was named Law Firm of the Year at the City AM Awards 2025 and less than one year after being named Law Firm of the Year at the Legal Business Awards 2024.
