About Adele

Adele originally studied History at the University of Bristol obtaining a 2:1, she went on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP University in Birmingham and then her Legal Practice Course and Law Masters at Nottingham Trent University which she completed with Distinction. Adele is also a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association and regularly attends their training events.

Adele is an Associate in the Sheffield employment team at Freeths. She qualified into the employment team in September 2023 after two and a half years of experience advising on employment law as a Trainee Solicitor and Legal Assistant in the Sheffield employment team.

Adele has a deep interest in employment law. As a part of her day-to-day role, she advises on a range of employment and HR issues including drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, directors service agreements and HR handbooks, advising on and drafting settlement agreements and delivering in-house employment law training.

Adele also has experience assisting with employment tribunal litigation, including more recently managing multi-claimant claims and complex disability discrimination cases.
