About Ellie
Ellie joined Freeths in 2018 as a Legal Assistant. She then completed the Graduate Diploma in Law followed by the Legal Practice Course. She completed her training and qualified into the Construction & Engineering team in 2023. She spent time in Freeths’ Real Estate Housebuilding & Strategic Land and Property Litigation teams as well as completed a Real Estate secondment working in-house at Travis Perkins Plc.
Ellie advises on matters across the Construction & Engineering sector, including contractor appointments, collateral warranties, third party rights and general construction due diligence.
