About Jessica
Jessica joined Freeths as a Senior Legal Executive in August 2017 and went on to qualify as a Solicitor in November 2019.
She has experience in dealing with a wide range of commercial property transactions, including landlord and tenant matters involving commercial leases and leasehold management, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals and real estate finance transactions. She has also provided support in respect of the property aspects of corporate transactions.
Jessica acts on behalf of occupiers (including one of the firm’s university clients and a couple of retailers), banks, local authorities, developers and investors.
