Kathryn Pickard

Kathryn joined Freeths’ employment team in February 2023, and is based in the Milton Keynes office. Specialising in employment since qualification in April 2017, she advises employers and individuals on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law and HR practice.

Kathryn assists national and international commercial clients with employee relations matters (including managing redundancies; disciplinary matters and grievances; family leaves; working time and pay) and the drafting of policies, contracts and restrictive covenants. She manages employment tribunal litigation; provides support and assistance on employment law aspects of national and cross-jurisdictional corporate transactions and advises senior executives at all stages of the employment relationship.
