• Advising M&G’s life fund and its UK enhanced value fund on the purchase of The Gate House, London (offices); The Pearce Building, Maidenhead (offices); and a portfolio of 3 industrial parks (each acquisition £30m+)
• Advising TusPark (China’s largest science park operator) on its £200m purchase of 5 development sites at Cambridge Science Park
• Advising Delancey and Columbia Threadneedle Investments on the purchase of Castlepoint Shopping Centre (valued at over £150m)
• Advising Well Pharmacy on the property aspects of its c. £105m purchase of Lexon Pharmacies and its bid to purchase Lloyds Pharmacy
• Advising Leonardo Hotels (formerly Jurys Inns) on the acquisition and management of various hotels and apart-hotels
