- TUPE – when does it apply and why does it matter?
- Right to work checks when TUPE applies to a transaction.
- The impact of business sales on an immigration sponsor licence:
- Will the business require a new licence?
- What are the reporting requirements for the buyer and seller?
- How will sponsored workers be impacted?
