Empowering HR: Navigating Pregnancy and Maternity Rights... and Beyond

Multiple dates and venues

Join our East Midlands Employment Team during June for our in-person seminars on navigating pregnancy and maternity rights.

The field of pregnancy, maternity rights and discrimination is a complex and fast moving one. Employers need to be aware of their legal obligations towards pregnant employees and their duties prior to, during and after those employees return from maternity leave.

Our expert speakers will provide useful insights on this area of law, taking you through a case study scenario which touches on:

  • IVF, risk assessments and pregnancy related sickness
  • Taking maternity leave, keeping in touch and redundancy
  • Holiday, bonuses and performance issues
  • Breastfeeding and flexible working requests

This breakfast seminar will enable you to:

  • Network with other managers and HR professionals
  • Share your experiences
  • Leave confident and more informed about your duties in respect of pregnancy and maternity law.

Please arrive from 9am for registration and breakfast - the seminar will run between 9.30am-11am.

We expect this to be a popular event, so please sign up now to confirm your place.
