NEW Oxford - Creating thriving workplaces: insights for individuals and organisations

Join us for the latest in our series of networking events for women in Oxford, in collaboration with Compassionate Cultures. This interactive workshop, led by Caroline Mabon and Caroline Hampson (Co-founders of Compassionate Cultures), will explore how embracing and leading by the 7 attributes of a Thriving Workplace Culture can empower you to thrive and grow in your career.

We spend approximately 90,000 hours, or a third of our life, at work and yet numerous data sources show us that we are not thriving. However, highly engaged teams generate up to 23% higher profitability, have lower staff turnover and absenteeism and higher customer loyalty.
