NEW Bristol - Compassionate Cultures: Setting yourself up to thrive and grow for 2025

In conjunction with Compassionate Cultures, for the latest in our series of Bristol's women’s networking events we will be exploring how living and leading by the 7 attributes of a Thriving Workplace Culture can set you up to thrive and grow at work in 2025 in an interactive workshop with Caroline Mabon and Caroline Hampson (Co-founders of CC).

We spend approximately 90,000 hours, or a third of our life, at work and yet numerous data sources show us that we are not thriving. However, highly engaged teams generate up to 23% higher profitability, have lower staff turnover and absenteeism and higher customer loyalty.

This workshop will provide you with the opportunity to gain insights and top tips on living and leading by the attributes of a Thriving Workplace Culture that you can practically apply to your work life and organisation right away to improve performance and increase engagement in 2025.
