Lawyers in the Birmingham office of national firm, Freeths have recently advised the shareholders of Natgraph on their multi-million pound sale to Indutrade, a Nasdaq Stockholm listed company.
The sale of Natgraph, a £10m turnover Midlands designer and manufacturer of drying and curing solutions for precision coating and print application, aligns perfectly to Indutrade's worldwide development of high-tech components, systems and services. With machines already installed in 90 countries, Natgraph is now able to expand its presence to a further 31 countries across four continents in which Indutrade already operate.
The Freeths team led by Partner, Tom Brown and Solicitor, Mohammed Abbas worked alongside Springboard Corporate Finance to ensure the transaction ran smoothly.
Alan Shaw, Director or Natgraph Limited: “Thank you very much indeed for all your expertise and dedication in getting this completed. You are a credit to your profession and an asset to Freeths. Outstanding.”
Freeths commented: “We were delighted to work with Alan and his team on this transaction. We look forward to seeing what comes next on the Natgraph and Indutrade journey.” This transaction is the latest in a number of international transactions on which Freeths has advised in the last 12 months.
