National law firm Freeths has advised Templars Medical on the sale of the company to Nasdaq Stockholm listed, Dedicare A.B.

Templars Medical is a specialist healthcare recruitment agency which places doctors into locum, fixed term, and permanent positions. The business services clients in the UK, Ireland and overseas, with a particularly strong presence in the Falkland Islands.Dedicare is the largest recruitment and staffing company in healthcare in the Nordic region, with operations in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. Its acquisition of Templars Medical acts as part of its ongoing expansion plans to establish its position in the UK and Ireland whilst allowing Templars Medical to provide an even greater client experience and service through additional support resources and skills as part of the Dedicare Group.The Freeths team was led by Corporate Partner Francis Dalton and Senior Associate Ewen Lowrie.
