Freeths Advises Only Care Limited on the Acquisition of Bank House Care Homes and Blackwell Care Home

The Freeths Care team has advised family-run care operator, Only Care Limited, throughout its recent expansion in connection with the acquisition of Bank House Care Homes and Blackwell Care Home. Established in 2007, Only Care Limited specialise in residential, nursing and dementia care needs across England.

Bank House Care Homes comprises a portfolio of two recently constructed and purpose-built care homes, Ashcroft and Willowcroft, close to Sutton-in-Ashfield in Nottinghamshire. Rated 'Outstanding' by the CQC, Blackwell Care Home is a purpose built care home close to Alfreton registered for 49 service users which is praised for its truly homely environment and is an excellent addition to Only Care Limited's growing portfolio of care homes from family-run backgrounds.
