UK Dedicated Ltd is a managed dedicated server business made up of 2 core brands, GURU and UKDedicated. With Freeths support, this successful acquisition has been one of team.blue's fastest to date.
The Freeths team was led by Lottie Hugo (Director, Corporate), who was supported by Charlotte Hartwright (Senior Associate, Corporate), Victoria Price (Associate, Corporate), Ben Treasure (Legal Assistant, Corporate), Coralie McKeivor (Managing Associate, Real Estate), Ben Moylan (Partner, Banking and Finance), Rebecca Sawbridge (Partner, Employment), Alex Angelides (Senior Associate, Tax), Luke Dixon (Partner, Data Protection), Lloyd Lane (Senior Associate, Intellectual Property) and Andrew Maxwell (Partner, Competition).
