Freeths advises developer on high-profile acquisition of Siemens site
National law firm Freeths has advised Kingsbridge Estates on the acquisition of a Siemens 10.7-acre site for £7.75m.
The deal will see Kingsbridge work with the current occupiers and stakeholders to bring forward proposals for a phased development of the site.
The Freeths legal team was led by Managing Partner of Freeths Bristol Adam Watson who specialises in real estate. He was supported by senior associate Charles Smith and associate Elliott Thorne.
Commenting on the transaction, Adam Watson said: “It was great to work with our established client Kingsbridge on this deal which will ensure future growth and prosperity of the site. As a new chapter for the experienced business, we’re excited to support Kingsbridge on the next stage of development.”
