Freeths advises Twenty 20 Capital on its investment in Austin International

National law firm Freeths has advised long-standing client Twenty 20 Capital, a specialist investment fund focussed on the human capital services sector, on an investment in Austin International.

Austin International is the mother brand to two specialist recruitment powerhouses, Austin Fraser, specialising in technology, and Austin Vita, specialising in medical technology.

This transaction will position the Austin Fraser Group for enhanced growth and success in the years ahead.

It comes after Freeths recently provided legal advice to European company Twenty 20 Capital in relation to the acquisition from the Impellam Group of the regional staffing businesses in the UK and its healthcare staffing business in the UK, Ireland and APAC.

The Freeths legal team was led by Corporate Partner Dahren Naidoo, supported by Senior Associate Thomas Childs and Associate Bradley Adams.
