Freeths advises Akula Living on partnering with BGF

National law firm Freeths has advised King’s Award-winning marine-grade outdoor furniture manufacturer, Akula Living on its partnership with BGF.

Founded in 2009 by Tim Appleton, Akula supplies hospitality and cruise operators across the globe – such as Royal Caribbean, Four Seasons, Holland America, Marriott and Hilton with offices in the UK, Hong Kong, Dubai and the US.

BGF’s investment will further bolster Akula’s aim to continue its already impressive growth trajectory, further solidifying its status in the hospitality and cruise industries.

The Freeths legal team was led by Corporate Partner Dahren Naidoo, supported by Senior Associate Alex Angelides and Associate Bradley Adams.
