Freeths advises European digital signage leader on strategic acquisition

National law firm Freeths has advised ZetaDisplay, a portfolio company of Hanover Investors, on its acquisition of Beyond Integrity Holdings, the parent company of Beyond Digital Solutions. 

ZetaDisplay, a leading European corporation in the digital signage market, has further expanded its international market presence with this acquisition. This deal will be accretive to group EBITDA and was fully funded by equity from Hanover Investors. 
The Freeths legal team was led by Corporate Partner Francis Dalton, supported by Senior Associate Tatsuki Shiratsuchi and Associates Shivani Fakey and Lottie Beange.

ZetaDisplay, founded in 2003 in Sweden, is one of the largest leading European digital signage companies with direct operations in eight European countries and the US. Beyond Digital Solutions, based in the UK, is now part of ZetaDisplay's growing portfolio.
