Freeths advises on sale of IT solutions business

National law firm Freeths has advised Neil McCracken on the sale of IT Support Desk Limited (ITSD), a provider of remote and on-site IT support services and other IT solutions, to Planet Intelligent Technology Group Limited (Planet IT), a leading IT company offering out-sourced services.

Headquartered in Surrey, ITSD provides bespoke IT support and installation services to a loyal customer base, including serving as a 24/7 helpdesk and managing servers and networks. 

Planet IT has an extensive track record in delivering software and hardware solutions to major blue-chip clients. Both ITSD and Planet have customer bases spanning across the UK and Europe and the acquisition signifies a combining of resources that presents opportunities for each of their customers and teams.

The Freeths team was led by Corporate Partner Francis Dalton, supported by Associate Shivani Fakey and Trainee Isabella Coolican.
