Freeths advises the shareholders of Pet Treats Wholesale Limited

National law firm Freeths has acted for the shareholders of Pet Treats Wholesale Limited (based in Staffordshire, England) on the sale of the entire share capital in the Company to the Swedish group, The Nutriment Company. Pet Treats Wholesale is among the leaders in natural dog treats and chews in the United Kingdom. The Company offers more than 150 products including grain-free and natural offerings.

Pet Treats Wholesale has been a supplier to The Nutrient Company for many years. It was a logical move for the companies to join forces and help bring the exceptional product quality and customer service of Pet Treats Wholesale to a broader range of customers via The Nutriment Company – both in the UK and across mainland Europe.

The Freeths legal team was led by Corporate Partner Ania Vernon supported by Managing Associate Kerry Jimenez, Senior Associate Christian Davison, Associate Lottie Beange and Legal Assistant Natasha Manifold.
