Freeths advises Theorem Solutions on sale to Tech Soft 3D

National law firm Freeths has advised leading engineering software solutions provider, Theorem Solutions (Theorem), on its sale to US headquartered Tech Soft 3D, backed by Battery Ventures. 

Established in 1991, Theorem provides a suite of CAD Translation and Extended Reality Software Solutions, including 3D Visualization and Digital Twin, for the engineering metaverse.  

Freeths has acted for Theorem for nearly 15 years and the transaction team was led by Corporate Director Ateeq Ahmed with support from Lee Clifford, Shailen Hinglajiya and Tahmina Hussain (Corporate), Alex Angelides (Tax), Nikki Guest (Real Estate), Andrew Maxwell, Emma Lythgoe and Chloe Birkett
(Competition) and Mike Bell (Private Client).
