Freeths appointed to CHIC’s legal panel

National law firm Freeths has been appointed as a new supplier on the Communities and Housing Investment Consortium’s (CHIC) legal panel for the next four years.

This appointment will enable Freeths to provide legal services to over 250 members across the UK for all elements of development from site acquisitions to building safety, planning and environmental matters.

Housebuilding & Strategic Land Partner and Head of Social Housing, Sarah Rowe has been named as client partner on the panel, and she will be supported by a wider, multi-disciplinary team across Freeths 13 UK offices.
