Freeths recognised with accolade at Yorkshire Property Awards 2024
National law firm Freeths has won Property Law Firm of the Year at Insider’s Property Industry Awards 2024.
These awards acknowledge elite talent across the region’s property industry, celebrating the outstanding developments and property deals and the people who have made them a reality.
Listed against stellar competition including Addleshaw Goddard, Bevan Brittan, Blacks Solicitors, Irwin Mitchell and Schofield Sweeney, Freeths was named the winner after being recognised for showing a breadth of advice across sectors including finance, renewables, energy and planning. Freeths was further praised for excelling beyond the scale of its resources over the past year.
Commenting on the firm’s success, Real Estate Partner Liz Banks said: “We’re delighted to have received this award, and we have so many individuals and teams at Freeths who have contributed to this success. This award reflects the breadth of our sectoral knowledge, as well as the high calibre of clients we have advised this year. We are very much looking forward to continuing to advise both new and existing clients, this year and beyond.”
This accolade comes after a year of strategic growth across Freeths’ national Real Estate offering with a number of senior hires, the most recent being Partner Paul Lloyd who joined the firm in September.
