Freeths staff Conference 2024

As a firm, we’ve been bringing our people together through a series of conferences to thank colleagues for their hard work as we come to the end of our current five-year strategy. Hundreds of people gathered at our latest conference at Center Parcs Woburn, giving everyone the opportunity to get involved in plans for Freeths over the next five years

Aligning with our company values, presentations from Karl Jansen, National Managing Partner, Philippa Dempster, Senior Partner, and Darren Williamson, Head of Real Estate, discussed our achievements and how our successes and challenges as a firm will help shape the next five-year strategy. 

Nick Pryor, our Director of Knowledge and Innovation, also demonstrated the power and growing sophistication of AI and how we’re embedding this into our business operations.

It was a fun-filled event which saw many colleagues meet for the first time or reunite after many years, taking part in a range of activities and sharing some incredibly useful, innovative, and inventive feedback for our firm.
