Freeths advises Alpha Bank London Ltd on multi-million-pound term loan facility
Leading law firm Freeths has advised Alpha Bank London Limited on its first loan acting for the bank. The facility is a term loan to developers Manhattan Assets No 9 Ltd and involved both the real estate and banking teams working collaboratively.
Established in 1922, Alpha Bank London provides a comprehensive range of banking and investment products delivered through its Private Banking Unit.
Freeths’ Partner Daniel Abrahams led on the real estate aspect of the deal, supported by Partners Craig Jones and William Heywood, Director Ayesha Qayum, Senior Associate Richard Grant and Associate Rosie Browne.
Spector Constant Williams acted for the borrower.
