Freeths advises Bruce Gillingham Pollard on acquisition of new Central London HQ

Leading law firm Freeths has advised Bruce Gillingham Pollard (BGP) on the lease of its new 4,500sq ft Central London headquarters at 55 Wells Street.

BGP are a leading agency in the retail, restaurant and leisure market, specialising in connecting global brands with top international locations. Some of these include The Royal Exchange, Brixton Market, New York’s Hudson Yards and 30 Grosvenor Square.

Freeths Real Estate Partner Daniel Abrahams led on all legal aspects of this investment which will provide a dynamic and ergonomic space for BGPs growing workforce and client base.
