Freeths advises SG Rocks on its acquisition of central London freehold office building

Leading law firm Freeths has advised SG Rocks on its acquisition and associated financing of York House, 23 Kingsway, in the heart of London’s midtown.

Drawing upon its specialist lawyers from across the firm, the Freeths team supported SG Rocks on its third and largest transaction in the UK to date, adding to its growing portfolio of central London assets and meeting its strategy of acquiring assets with a focus on improving the energy efficiency of their buildings.

Established in early 2022 following a successful 13-year venture in Denmark, SG Rocks works collaboratively with top tier investors, primed with a wealth of knowledge across the real estate sector.
