Freeths wins Law Firm of the Year at Insider’s North West Residential Property Awards 2025

Leading law firm Freeths has been named Law Firm of the Year at Business Insider’s tenth North West Residential Property Awards.

Celebrating the achievements of the region’s residential property sector, the awards showcase individuals, businesses and organisations who have made a real difference across the market over the last 12 months. 

Being crowned Firm of the Year amongst stiff competition, Freeths was recognised for some of its most notable transactions including advising Glenbrook on its development acquisition of Lumina Village, advising Wigan Town Council on its regeneration project, in terms of acquiring, procurement and planning processes, and acting for Russell Homes in connection with its 130-hectare development at South Heywood, Rochdale.
