Freeths advises Veriflo on its sale to Celnor Group

National law firm Freeths has advised the shareholders of Veriflo Limited on its sale to Celnor Group.

Headquartered in Kent, Veriflo is a professional strategic project management company, and a leading expert in clean water asset services and leakage management.

Celnor Group provides a board range of inspection, testing, certification, and compliance services to commercial clients across the UK. This deal will enable Celnor to develop capabilities in the clean water space.

The Freeths team was led by Corporate Partner Malin Svanberg Larsson. She was assisted by Managing Associate Elizabeth Cotton, with further support from Trainee Solicitors James Leavy and Rhianna Melvin. Tax advice was provided by Partner Claire Boyce and Managing Associate Nur Alzubeydi. Specialist support was received from Employment Associate Niamh Hogg, and a wider multi-disciplinary team.
