Our core Special Situations team contains partners and senior lawyers across our Banking, Corporate and Restructuring teams with support from Commercial, Litigation, Real Estate, Employment and Tax. We have the skills, experience, critical mass, costs base and connections to provide relevant and commercial advice in pressurised situations and to tight deadlines.

Our team encapsulates a multidisciplinary approach across legal service lines to support not just owners and managers of businesses, but also original lenders and secondary investors. We provide dynamic support in navigating through the many and complex options that are available to protect them, their businesses and the value in them.

These risks are not just limited to financial distress, but can take in threats presented by external factors, such as; problems with key suppliers, disruption to supply chains and unanticipated threats that can arise in such uncertain times.
