What is involved with regeneration?
Freeths are proud to be widely recognised as a firm of choice to successfully deliver long-term regeneration projects for both public and private sector stakeholders. Our high quality work includes acting for private sector partners or public authorities on some of the largest regeneration projects in the country.
Our lawyers are adept at reviewing the structures for the project vehicle, whether as a joint venture company, limited liability partnership, limited partnership or otherwise. We ensure safe passage through the minefield of public law procurement issues and the Real Estate aspect of the land assembly, financing and end disposal.
Our approach is to gain a thorough understanding of every pressure point within your project, including the accounting and regulatory environment. We are well used to dealing with complications such as building on, or adjacent to, major infrastructure such as transport hubs, railway lines, river and flood plains. Call us now to find out how we can help you with your regeneration project.
"I really appreciate the excellent work Freeths’ have done for us on this and other matters. It is great to have total confidence that matters will be handled well by you and your team, and with clear regard to our needs."
