Adele Scrivens

Adele is a director with over 20 years’ experience in property law, the last 12 years spent working exclusively in the social housing sector. She acts for housing associations and other charities or organisations providing affordable housing, whether on a land-led basis or as part of Section 106 obligations.

Additionally, Adele maintains excellent client relationships and understands the needs and considerations of her clients throughout any transaction.

She has in depth knowledge of all aspects of the lifecycle of any deal, from Heads of Terms stage to sales, lettings and charging of a site and this allows her to identify issues of importance to her clients. Furthermore, Adele is pragmatic and proactive and enjoys keeping up to date with sector news and developments.
