Beth qualified in September 2022 having gained experience of a wide range of disputes within the Property Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Housing Litigation teams at her former firm.
Beth now specialises in Property Litigation and deals with a variety of matters including; commercial lease renewals, break notices, dilapidation disputes, forfeiture, landlord consents, easement advice, boundary disputes, possession proceedings and other Landlord and Tenant disputes.
Beth has experience representing both commercial and public sector clients, aiming to provide practical, high quality and commercially relevant advice which aligns with the client’s objectives.
Beth has represented clients in the County Court and has experience in alternative dispute resolution.

Recent Work
- Represented a large commercial landlord at mediation in connection with a claim for rent arrears and service charge which was defended on the basis that the lease had been frustrated due to defective cladding on the building. Successful conclusion of mediation resulting in early settlement in accordance with the client’s main aim of saving time and costs.
- Assisted a senior solicitor with a complex boundary dispute, which resulted in our client being awarded legal costs on an indemnity basis. Thereafter assisting on defending the opposition’s appeal and the insolvency proceedings.
- Assisted a commercial tenant in bringing a claim for loss of business which arose as a result of the landlord refusing to allow the tenant access to the premises during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Assisted a property owner in defending an alleged breach of covenant claim brought by a neighbouring property developer for the alleged failure to maintain a fence and shared driveway.
