Caroline Major

Caroline is a senior associate solicitor in the real estate team, and assists her clients with a wide range of commercial property matters. She qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and since then has worked at firms across the east midlands. She joined Freeths in early 2025.

Caroline has experience in Landlord and Tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, and agreements relating to commercial property, including conditional contracts, overage and option agreements, charges, sub-sales, and easements.

She has acted for a variety of clients in different sectors and advised and assisted with pubs, restaurants, offices, care homes, leisure and hospitality premises, shops, light industrial premises and development land.
