About Claire
Claire started her legal career in 2007 working for Taylor Emmet LLP as a Home Information Pack (HIP’s) administrator. She then was promoted to a full time legal assistant to one of the Senior Partners from 2009 to 2012 in their Conveyancing Department whilst undertaking her CILEx studies in her spare time. Claire qualified as a Graduate of CILEx in 2012 and started running her own caseload. She graduated as a Fellow of the institute in 2017. Claire then moved to Freeths in March 2019 as an Associate in the Sheffield Real Estate team where she has stayed until the present day
Claire currently heads up the Sheffield offering for Residential Property whereby she completes work for residential property purchases and sales, re-mortgages, transfer of equity/gift, freehold reversions, grant of new Leases, Deeds of Variation, Deeds of Easements, Pre-emption and Option Agreements, amongst others.
