About Claudia

Claudia originally studied at the University of Liverpool where she obtained a First Class Law Degree. Claudia then began her legal career as a Legal Assistant at Freeths LLP, before becoming a Trainee Solicitor. She then went on to complete her Solicitors Qualifying Examinations with the University of Law whilst completing her training contract at Freeths LLP.

Claudia is now an Associate in the Sheffield employment law team, having qualified in 2024.

Claudia provides legal advice on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment and HR issues. This includes drafting and reviewing employment contracts, directors service agreements, and employee handbooks and policies, advising on and preparing settlement agreements, and assisting with a whole host of employment tribunal claims, ranging from constructive dismissal claims to complex discrimination claims based on age, disability and sex.

Claudia also provides advice as a part of the employment team’s HR hub service. Further details of the HR hub can be found here.

Claudia is a member of the Employment Lawyers' Association and is a Mental Health First Aider.
