About Edward
Ed is a Managing Associate in the Corporate team and is an experienced transactional lawyer, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring along with day-to-day business affairs and corporate governance.
He has particular expertise advising SMEs and OMBs, including family businesses, at all stages of their lifecycle from incorporation through to exit.
Ed has a personable yet pragmatic approach and enjoys working with decision makers and other advisors to deliver transactions.
Ed has also been previously seconded to a multinational company offering advertising and business process outsourcing services. He acted as the legal ‘point person’ for a complex global restructure, working directly with the General Counsel.
