Elizabeth is from Cardiff and joined the Bristol corporate team as a Managing Associate in June 2024.
Elizabeth has acted for clients across a broad range of sectors, and has acted for many clients operating within the technology sector.
Elizabeth advises on a range of corporate transactions, often with an international element, including share and asset acquisitions/ disposals, corporate restructurings, share buybacks, management buy-outs, joint ventures and investments (advising both the company and private equity firms).
