Emily Grainger

Emily is an Associate in the Care team based in our London office.

She studied Law at Nottingham Trent University and completed a placement year with the Commercial Property and Care team at Freeths in 2018/19. Emily joined the Care team at Freeths full-time as a legal assistant in 2020 after she graduated. As part of her training contract, she was also selected to complete a commercial secondment, where she worked in-house with a leading multi-national client for six months. 

Emily has gained a range of experience in commercial real estate, corporate and banking law across her career so far at Freeths. She specialises in land acquisitions, disposals and property finance. She also assists her care-sector clients on corporate matters, including the acquisitions and disposals of their businesses and assets, as well as a range of banking and commercial finance matters.
