About Emily
Emily Prachar joined the Freeths Oxford Court of Protection team as an Associate in 2024.
Emily has diverse experience in managing property and financial affairs through professional deputyships, ranging from clients with significant brain injuries to elderly clients.
Emily is focused on delivering a high level of client care to improve clients’ quality of life. As well as the clients and their families, Emily works closely with other professionals including case managers and independent financial advisers.
Emily obtained a 2:1 in her Law degree from the University of Southampton, before completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, achieving a distinction. Emily completed her training contract at Freeths LLP in March 2024, with experience in Court of Protection, Clinical Negligence and Trust, Estates and Tax.
