• Acting in relation to a £3.5million claim for business interruption insurance losses arising out of the impacts of COVID-19.

• Gregg regularly acts in high-value automotive disputes for some of the largest dealerships in the country, concerning prestigious and high class supercars. Gregg has a wealth of expertise in consumer and trader law in defending spurious claims for the rejection of vehicles pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• Gregg also acts for many other clients in the automotive and sport sector, including motorsport racing teams, wholesalers of vehicle parts and second hand car dealerships. Gregg also acts for rental car companies, operating at the high-value end.

• Acting in a professional negligence claim against an accountant arising from negligent bookkeeping, which caused significant loss to the client and which resulted in the loss of chance to sell the business.
• Advising on a professional negligence claim against an architect arising from the negligent design of a small private hospital, which caused significant defects to the property.
• Acting in relation to a claim in excess of £1million against a firm of solicitors relating to professional negligence in advising a client in relation to an investment transaction, with elements of civil fraud.
• Acting for a client in a claim against a firm of solicitors in respect of professional negligence in connection with the drafting of a lease.
