Harrison Jones

Harrison is an Associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency department, based in our Manchester office.

Harrison advises national and regional insolvency practitioners, directors, creditors, and debtors, on all aspects of non-contentious and contentious insolvency issues, in both the corporate and personal insolvency context.

Harrison completed his training contract with the firm; he did seats in Insolvency, Corporate, and Commercial Dispute Resolution with a focus on Property Litigation. Harrison’s corporate seat complements his non-contentious insolvency practice, particularly when advising on insolvent business sales, and his property litigation experience complements his practice when advising on contentious insolvency issues which involve property aspects.

Prior to joining Freeths, Harrison graduated from the University of Liverpool with a First-Class Honours degree in Law and completed his Legal Practice Course part-time, obtaining a Distinction.
