Heather’s clients include developers, property entrepreneurs, investors and operators.  She is a development specialist.  Her work includes site assembly for development with the associated conditional acquisition contracts, forward funding, ground rent funding, portfolio sales and acquisitions (corporate and/or asset).  Heather works in a variety of real estate sectors including hotel, student accommodation, PRS, office and retail developments but has a long track record in hotels.
