About Joshua

Josh joined Freeths in March 2023 as an Associate in the Commercial team.

Since qualification, Josh’s experience has been largely focussed on commercial, technology and data-orientated contracts. He advises clients on wide range of IT arrangements, including software procurement, end-user licence agreements and contracts for the provision of cloud services. He also advises on matters surrounding data privacy and cyber security.

Josh also has experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on a number of B2B and B2C agreements, providing commercial advice to clients in respect of data protection, IP, franchising, sport and life sciences.

Josh has spent his career working in major commercial law practices. He also has experience working in-house, providing commercial legal support for a variety of large organisations including Samsung Electronics, Unilever Plc and Pearson Plc.
