Karolina Olczak

Karolina has over 4 years’ experience working in immigration, dealing with various matters from conception to completion. She joined Freeths immigration department in April 2022 where she gained exposure to corporate clients whom she assists in their immigration matters, especially dealing with recruitment shortages and filling in the vacancies from the international market. Karolina has particular interest and experience dealing with sponsor licence applications and advising clients on their duties and responsibilities as licence holders. She provides advice and assistance to clients on skilled worker visa applications and guides clients on their Right to Work responsibilities.

She has dealt with many Appendix FM and family applications that have been granted successfully. Karolina also deals effectively with British citizenship and naturalisation applications.
