About Kevin
Kevin is the deputy managing partner of the Manchester office and a partner in the Restructuring and Insolvency team, heading up the non-contentious insolvency side of the team.
Kevin specialises in all aspects of restructuring, corporate recovery and insolvency including contentious and non-contentious work, advising Insolvency Practitioners, creditors, corporates, company directors and individuals. He has an excellent reputation for his technical yet commercial approach in respect of restructuring and administrations, solvent and insolvent liquidations, receiverships, bankruptcies, voluntary arrangements and regulatory matters.
Kevin is first and foremost a trusted advisor delivering consistent value and results for clients.
Kevin passed the Joint Insolvency Examination Board exams in December 2007, winning the Insolvency Lawyers’ Association prize for highest placed lawyer nationally, and is a licensed insolvency practitioner.
Kevin is listed as a Recommended Lawyer and recognised as a Leading Partner in The Legal 500 (2025 edition) in Insolvency & Corporate Recovery.
