Ksenia has experience in residential developments and has worked with a wide range of national housebuilders and developers (such as Barratt David Wilson, Bellway, Davidsons and Vistry Group), landowners and local authorities. Ksenia has worked on site acquisitions and disposals, conditional contracts, overages, infrastructure agreements and assisted on larger deals involving options, collaboration, and promotion agreements. Additionally, Ksenia has in-house experience following her secondment with Vistry Group’s in-house legal department.
