Lucy Bradban

Lucy is a highly efficient and motivated lawyer with exceptional communication skills and an ability to influence. She has a real interest in identifying and creating business opportunities and enjoys the challenge of meeting new people. She excels at creating strong working relationships. She is agile and doesn’t like thinking to be constrained by a “this is how it has always been done” attitude.

Lucy has a wide ranging CV as a real estate lawyer and is passionate about the role the real estate team can play providing comprehensive corporate support. As a result, she has a great understanding of transactions where multiple parties (lawyers and others) all need to work collaboratively. She sees her role with clients as being much more than simply a traditional provider of legal services. She supports secured lending projects and corporate banking transactions whilst still managing a large property portfolio client base and specifically looking after clients in the Education, Healthcare and Leisure sectors. At her previous firm Lucy headed the Real Estate Finance Team.
