Megan Rowe

Megan is a Property Litigation Associate working with Jill Carey in the Commercial Disputes team in our Manchester office. 

Megan graduated from The University of Leicester in 2020 with a first-class honour in in law. She then went onto study the LPC alongside a masters in Business, Law and Management at The University of Law in Chester completing both with a Distinction. Megan undertook a legal training contract specialising in land law and qualified as a Solicitor in 2023. She joined Freeths in 2024 as an Associate. 

Megan deals with advising on commercial litigation matters including commercial rent arrears recovery, opposed and unopposed lease renewals or termination of commercial leases, the general provisions within leases, the enforcement of covenants, trespass, forfeiture, general landlord and tenant disputes, and injunctions relating to land.

Megan provides clients with sensible and commercial legal options. She provides a thorough, friendly and well-rounded service to clients.
