Mollie Brown

Mollie is an associate in the Freeths London Corporate team. She trained at Baker McKenzie and qualified into its London Corporate Finance team in March 2021.

She has broad corporate practice experience which includes equity capital markets, public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and general corporate advisory. Her past transactions usually involved working across multiple jurisdictions. Mollie has advised a range of corporate and investment bank clients across a wide range of industry sectors including financial services, energy, industrials, consumer goods and pharmaceutical.
